HI! I'm a mother of 4, work full time, support my husband and his business and over the years gone up and down and all around with my weight but usually ending up at around 162. I am a loyal friend, sentimental, a person of deep faith in God, and an athlete(or was and want to get back to that shape). I played lots of sports in high school and stayed rather fit (155#). Then I took up running and loved it. I ran my 1st and only marathon almost 10 years ago - however I'm no where near that shape now. I'm having a tough time losing the baby from my 4th child. And finding time to even work out. I guess I'm just grabbing whatever indulgent sweet I can at night after all is in bed to 'reward' myself - even though it makes me feel awful and fat.
I definitely would like to lose the 'baby weight' and get back to 162 but ideally I'd like to weigh in the 150's (realistic for my frame). Ultimately I'd like to weigh what my drivers license says... 135 - but I'm not sure that is even realistic...
I would love to help encourage and motivate others on the journey of weight loss. I get inspired by hearing what other people can do!
