Im 23 years old and trying to lose 30 pounds that I gained last winter!! Why is it so easy to gain but so hard to lose for? I cant stand that. So lets hope that I can lose it and keep it off. I used to weigh 235 and lost 105 pounds but last winter I gained 30 pounds so thats why Im trying to lose it back down.
