I'm onto week 24 weight training. Now that I'm home and in my routine, I'm looking to cut to 130-135. I haven't been counting calories but watching my macros continuing a high protein, whole food diet.

I did it. It wasn't a perfect week, no it was far from that. It was messy and full of missteps and mistakes. Even when it seemed pointless to keep going because of how much I screwed it up, I kept pushing through. I am proud of myself not for being perfect but for getting it done!

So hungry, no motivation to work out.. bloated, tired, sleep schedule messed up.. My goal is to get back on track, back into my routine before school/work starts back up. I have until next week so I needs to get my butt moving! Asking myself "Can I do this?" I choose to believe that I CAN!

Finally home! And today I feel recovered after a long couple of days of traveling. Saturday and Sunday were my rest days after my five day workout week. Saturday up at 3AM after a short few hours of rest. Got a 3 hour nap in before I left that night at 11PM for a red eye flight back to the east coast. Poor rest on the plane. Totally exhausted and off my usual meal planning back to the old habit of stress eating. Sunday night asleep early and early to rise Monday for another day of travel back south. Needed Tuesday to recover just from travel, grocery shopping and some meal prep done already but what a crappy way to rest after a tough workout week! Unsure if I should start my Day one of week 21 today or if I should give myself one more day to rest, today would be five days off. I think I will start my week today but later in the afternoon. Nice to be home again!!
