So, I've been super busy so I haven't been keeping track of my weight daily nor have I been keeping track of my food in the food journal, BUT I have been still sticking to my diet. I am still losing, slowly, but still losing. Some days I eat a lot less than I should but I've been on the go and get so busy I lose track of time and dont eat. I always try to snack on something if I realize half the day has gone by, lol.
The past few days I've been a little sick so I haven't been eating much of anything. One thing I am doing different though...All this week, due to my period, I've been craving and drinking Coke Zero. It has no calories or carbs or sugar. I'm pretty sure It had caffeine though?? Anyways, I'll get over the craving soon and go back to green tea but so far it hasn't hindered my weight loss compared to when I wasn't drinking it, and I have passed my 2 week induction period a while ago so I guess it's not so bad if that's the only thing I'm doing differently.
I'm still on the induction and plan to stay on it till I get closer to my goal weight.
