Is there anyone else here that suffers from Plantar fasciitis? 2 years and it won't resolve.... what do you do for excercise? standing for long periods, running etc etc hurts like hell.
Even simple walking feels like someone is hacking my foot off.
Advice?

Breakfast
1 Cup of plain black coffee....
So seeing as I am fasting all I get is water and my coffee (lots and lots of research later I found I can drink plain black coffee lol)
Currently I have 3 hours and 10 minutes left of my 18 hour fast.
Feeling pretty good.

So I decided to start fasting to lose weight, I wanted to start with the 20:4 but after some thought and research I am going for the 18:6.
I am currently on day 2, aparently you don't need to really calorie count but old habits and all that ....
I am not weighing myself at this point but rather measuring myself. my current measurements are
Arms 40cm
legs 67cm
hips 116cm
waist 110cm
chest 116 cm
after each week I will do measurements.
