I must learn how to eat out and stay within guidelines. I was eating out with family and just ordered a meal that I love - with no thought of my weight loss goals. Now, I feel slightly guilty but I'm not going to use that guilt as my excuse to quit. I'm looking at it as a lifestyle change because once I lose the weight, I don't want it back. I want to make permanent changes to the way I eat and exercise. I'm picking up hints, tips and tricks from other FS members and striving to incorporate this information into my life. It is hard but not impossible. Wish me luck.

I must be mindful of late night eating. First of all, I need to go to bed at a reasonable hour. Late night gaming/snacking is sabotaging my efforts.

Looking at my intake totals, I must make serious changes. Pizza rolls and regular pancake syrup are a NO NO. I need to have snacks around that are low in carbs. I am researching and will incorporate changes.
