This is end of 2nd week on this WOE and I need to look down the road of longer term improvements and not be distressed by expectations of short term flashes of 'Amazing Numbers'. Right now I'm 'flat-lined' with both LBs and BG numbers. Not having much of any problem staying with 'legal' foods. Really wish for more improvements in my BG (Blood Glucose) numbers but, so far nothing significant. Be patient and stay on track. To be fair, this WOE needs quite a bit of time to be proved or disproved.

Well, this is end of my first week on WFPB diet. Weight is going down but
BG numbers barely noticeable decline. Neither of these are getting me very excited. Have to take a big dose of patience. Had no real problem with cravings or otherwise staying with the food program. At times it seems like I must be eating too much to accomplish anything but it is specifically stated by the high priests that we are not counting carbs or calories, so there!
