Well, quite a productive day today. Went shopping, and painted my landing and a wall in my bedroom! I have so much energy! Just dont seem to be losing any bloody weight! Very frustrating!
I even take my boys ((rottweilers)honestly!) on hikes and even went down to the beach yesterday. Was running around after a tennis ball! Me that is not the boys, they were SO not interested! Prob looking at me, rolling their eyes saying "whats mummy doing now, daft cow!".
But its the energy, amazing! Am following a fab book called an Idiots guide to weight loss. It tells you step by step how to do it and recommends taking a cocktail of vitamins to help. I SWEAR they work. Ive had a few days where i just cant be bothered and just want to sleep. But since reintroducing one cup of caffine loaded coffee in the morning i feel great!
Hurrah for me!

Weight loss seems to have slowed down some what. Which is quite annoying. Although i have snuck in a few glasses of red wine!
