I always weight myself in the morning, just after I wake up, never at night. Today it said 52.9kg (116,6lb) but I had the awfull idea of weughting before going to bed at middnight and oooooohhhhh! 53.5kg (117,9lb)
Im afraid what might it point tomorrow after 8 hpurs of nothing. I was really hoping I would finnaly break the 117pound limit but doesnt seems so. I seem to be trapped between the 116lb/118lb gap.
no matter what I do, no matter what I eat or how much. its really dissapointing.

yesterday it was anything but diet day yet today the scale spoils ME! didnt gain any weight when I was sure it was gonna rocket to the sky. yeay! very motivated to start my second week dieting. this time its gonna be all fuits and veggies
The day is too chilly to train, but Im gonna do some cruches to not loose the ritm, i havent done anything since thursday. ouch....

i broke all my dieting guidelines yesterday and still lost 0.5kg/ 1lb. I insist I dont understand my methabolism at all. hope I dont gain for tomorrow so I catch up.
