Stopped tracking calories. Just too much work but I'm learning to simply pay attention to what I eat and burn off calories when ever possible. I'm still at 3 days per week at the gym...about 4-1/2 hours of aerobics and weight lifting as well as my normal outdoor activities (walking, mowing, etc.)
I'm looking into some martial arts training to help out with agility, flexibility and balance. It's all good as long as I don't get beat up too bad.

Busy Busy Busy with work, home and business. Was planning on flying to Alaska this morning to visit the grand kids but my wife broke her ankle Sunday during a walk with the dogs and we decided to stay home. It was just too risky sitting on a plane for 8 hours and she really can't get around so what's the point. I hope the vacation insurance pays out. They gave us a stack of paperwork to fill out and they want our doctor to say...don't fly! The two at the emergency room said definitely not but the doctor fitting the cast said...oh really...why not. Now who's right!
Been off FS for a while. I've learned a lot tracking calories but I got out of the habit tracking everyday but I'm always thinking about what I'm eating after tracking for some time. First weigh in in over a month and still stable.
Plan on getting back into it in a few months.

Keeping the weight training at my max. I've added on a few pounds of muscles. My weight lifting is at a maximum level again and I'm hardly feeling it. I won't try to go any higher since the last time I got here I pulled a tendon so I'm not going there again.
It's just too hard to heal at my age.
One thing I've noticed. If I go a few days without lifting my muscles feel jumpy and they scream...go lift something. I have hand weights around the house to help fill the gaps between days at the gym.
