I am not sure why I had thee weight gain. I have been following a ketogenic lifestyle. I have recently added 24 hour fasting which is easier then I thought it would be I think lowering my carbs has cut the carb withdrawl out of the issues of fasting.

Ok this go around has been slow but still going in the right direction. As I get older I find that most of my weight is in my midsection which results in bellyful and love handles not so good. I guess that I will just need to keep trying to drop the weight. My DR's were concerned it I lost too much weight since I have MS and when my disease advances to the next stage one of the side affects is weight loss. Finally something good I thought lol lol
