LEAH HAS A JOB!!!!!!
They called me today, I got the job, and I need to go tomorrow to fill out my employment packet!! YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
On that note. I am not dieting right now, just slightly watching what I eat, by watching the amounts I take in, as to not stuff myself. I think once I get myself back into the swing of things I will be more likely to lose, and once I have a schedule going, and things straighted out a little, and the stress subsides, I will get back into Atkins.

GOOD NEWS!!
I have a job interview today!! YAY! Wish me luck!!
I am going to start entering my food into the system again, this time, I am going to count calories. I do have another diet to try, thanks to one of my buddies (you know who you are) (: but I need to get prepared mentally and physically before I can try it. I tried the first day and felt like I was starving shortly after I ate, and had all of my food eaten too early in the day, and felt this urge to snack.. so I blew it. I need to get a little smaller, so that I don't feel I need as much food. But, My goal is to eat 1500 Calories a day for about a month, then drop it by 50 calories each week until I hold steady at 1200. Wish me luck there too!

Just wanted to share this recipe with you all.
I made myself a smoothie, and I think those of you who like fruit would enjoy this. It has to be made in a food processor or blender. I filled my glass 3/4 full of frozen mango, (you can use any frozen fruit you like) put 2 large spoonfuls of fat free plain yogurt, 1 little itty bitty splash of vanilla extract, and 1 tsp of sugar or splenda... blend for a few seconds, and then add 1/2 cup of milk or cream, blend til smooth....... MMM MMM GOOD!

Trying to figure out what is going to work best for me. Atkins was kinda of working, but I was having some problems, and my doctor said I needed more fruit and fiber in my diet, and with Atkins, I couldn't have fruit. So, I am going to eat healthy, small portions.
For example: Breakfast would be 1 cup fat free yogurt with berries.
or a small bowl of "good cereal"
Lunch would be a turkey and cheese sandwich with low fat mayo, or mustard. or a small salad.
snack would be a fruit and grain bar, or granola bar.
Dinner would be a salad, or some of my whole wheat pasta.
PORTION SIZES WILL BE KEY. I NEED TO EXPERIMENT AND FIND JUST WHAT IS GOING TO WORK FOR ME, WHILE KEEPING ME "HAPPY" AT THE SAME TIME.
I CANNOT CONTROL ANYTHING OTHER THAN WHAT I PUT INTO MY BODY.

Back to dieting... I had a miscarriage. So I guess I'm not going leave FS, and I can go back to losing weight.
