Weight watchers points or Calorie counting? It seems my WW points allow me a lot less than 1400 calories a day would as calculated on the site! I need to do something drastic! What do you think!? Should I start WW pointing instead? I’m fighting binging constantly!

... and I am going to buy a weighing scales today! I have never owned one! Important to keep it real according to my cousin . . . and she is mini!!! - Love Monday's!!!! :D

Absolute disaster disaster disaster . . . I am a binger :( and can’t seem to break it! But must! Gosh . . . I wouldn’t mind if I enjoyed the gorging. I also never stop when im full! None of my clothes fit me and I can't afford or want to buy new ones (in a bigger size) I’m really small and can't wear this weight! I really tried to loose the weight I didn’t drink went to the gym 5 mornings a week doing weights for approx 20mins and 40mins walk everyday and followed a crazy diet for 6weeks and I didn’t loose a pound not a pound! Then I get cheesed off and eat gorge :( I used to be a size 6 and I actually bought a size 12 yesterday albeit the dress was probably small fitting. But its more the irrational bingeing that is getting to me.
I’ve done weight watchers before and did lose the weight which I have now gained back. Do you think that weight watchers is better than caliorie counting?
The calculator on the site says 1400kcal a day for moderate weight loss but if you point what I’ve eaten it way exceeds the 17points I would be allowed on WW.
I would appreciate your advice. What do you think?

had a nice dinner then 2 bickkies tea and a chat with my friend tongiht. It's really nice to share. I think it stops or at least helps to stop the horrid binges.
