Still coming down. I've been much more focused on writing EVERYTHING down and measuring things out again...i have to stay focused or old habits have a way of creeping back into my life and Ive come WAY to far to let that happen again...My goal is to get under 200 by the summer...Its gonna be tought but oh so worth it

Its coming off slow again...i need to eat more fruits and veggies as snacks and less fattier foods!!! I;ve also had a cold so i wasnt able to work out this whole week...and i got my hair done and it looks fabulous so i dont want to waste it just yet!!! ill get there either way and with a smile on my face !!!!

Well Im just trucking along. This weeks WI was 5.4lbs it felt great but just confirmed how much comfort food i ve been allowing into my daily diet. Not so good. But im focused on continuing to change my eating habits and i feel confident that i can do it again. as does the scale hense the movement.

WOW i guess i kinda forgot about weighing myself on here. Well i rejoined WW. Things are moving right along with this new program. Friday is my weigh in day and i think ill be down 5lbs. Im getting closer and closer to my goal and im smiling SO much more. losing this has really lifted a black cloud that was overcasted my life for ever really. Im really coming into my own and it feels great to FINALLY FINALLY KNOW who i really am!!!

slowly by surely...the holidays weren;t too bad...everything seemed to blur into one.. i decided to end 3 year relationship to discover who i am...it was sad and heart breaking but it just feels like its finally run its course...I tried to NOT over eat but i did some days...i smoked some days too but than i said SELF you've come too FAR to start old habits just let sleeping dogs lie and keep on going strong...its hard to get back into the gym after 2 weeks of really only 1 or 2 times a week...but im doing it...im not quite happy about it but i will be once i have my routine back...all in 2 weeks. was x-mas, new years a end to a relationship and i had to move back home..DANG how did i NOT GAIN weight...i guess i have learned a little bit....im getting SO very close to being under 200 at least closer to 200 than i was at 300...very strange i just dont know who i am...i feel like the girl still carrying 327lbs but i am NOT...and i look in the mirror and im like WOW you dont look like that any more...i still look like me...just feels like the skinny girl personality is the one im looking at in the mirror...i like it!!!
