Worked out a bit too hard yesterday. Going to take it easier today at the gym. Another high protein day to get me back closer to goal so that I can gain on the weekend? (haha it seems to be a trend... probably not drinking enough water on the weekends).

YAY! I am significantly down today. I know it was water though... but I don't feel "fatter".. so I believe I am just getting in the groove of normal fluctuations. I am going to the gym again today. I just felt so good after cycling for 30 minutes and sweating it out. :D Doing another low carby - low sodium day. Keep the protein up up up!
Bm this morning.. naturally.. (with mag supp.. but yay.)

So I gained. I know that it seems like I am making excuses, but I ate this dish at Whole Foods and it had salt in it, but upon calling them, they could not tell me how much salt. :( Also,I had a salad that had straight baslamic vin and I think that pushed me over.
High protein day for me.
BM at 12:00pm!!! Much needed.
