Ok, so it's been several weeks without losing any weight, so I am changing my strategy. Instead of tracking my food on here, I am only going to use it for reference and I made an excel spreadsheet to track my calories and exercise. I am going to try calorie counting on a weekly basis, because I still have those moments where I lose control and eat 2 brownies (lol). But now, instead of being like "I already fucked up by eating the brownies, so I may as well have a bag of potato chips" I will have to make up for those extra calories elsewhere. We shall see how this goes.

I really wish I had more willpower. It's especially hard because my husband is overweight too and has little interest in losing it, so he brings tempting foods into the house. (I have tried to get him to eat healthier with me, and go to the gym with me, but he is either too busy or would rather do something else) If it's there, I am probably going to eat it. My whole life revolves around food. It's sad really. It's a love-hate relationship. I need a hobby lol.

PS If one more person asks me if I am a student (I work in a high school) I might punch them in the face. It gets really annoying after a while.
