Been working really hard at the gym but my weight seems to have stayed the same. ....
I am feeling positive about this result because I was weighed on different scales at work, a different time of day (much later) AND I had just drunk 500ml of water. I don't want to make excuses but I am overall happy with this week.
Still got 46lbs to go which is a bit depressing but I will carry on working hard and getting fit.

I thought I had been fairly good but then when I logged my food, i realised that some of my old sneaky habits have crept back in!
I went to a meeting and they had lots of food out so I snacked on that throughout the meeting. Then I went on training yesterday an d they had a great lunch (and dessert) and snacks.
Uh-oh - I think that just proves the real value of fatsecret - just need to log it straight away so you can't forget it!
Still managed to hit the gym hard this week - 4 times and 4 hard sessions so that probably gave me my loss of 1lb. If I had eaten better, it would have been a much better result.
I signed up for a 10kilometre run today - I have never gone further than 5km. It's on 1st June so I have 3 months to increase my stamina a bit more!
Back on track from now!!

Went spinning last night and had my personal training session this morning. Feeling very tired now! I should have burned a lot of calories!
Doing ok with food, had my naughtiest weekend but even then it's probably not as bad as it would have been before the diet. I only had 2 chocolate digestives compared to a whole pack!!!!
I would love to get to 185lbs this week. That would mean a 5% weight loss and 10lbs. Fingers crossed I can keep it going!
Only 3 weeks until skiing now, if I can get to 180 by then then that would be great!!

Yay! A bit of a result. I was disappointed last week to stay flat but I must be doing something right!
Still doing well on the eating front (apart from last weekend), I did buckle to some chocolate this week though! I need to do some exercise this weekend just to top it off :)
Valentines day tonight...got a steak lined up so fingers crossed that's not too naughty!

Well so far, so good this week. I'm feeling positive with the weight on the scales but don't want to get too excited because of last week and the strange gain on the scales in the middle of the week.
Feeling very stressed and busy at work this week and also feel quite hungry. Not sure if the 2 are linked...
I also I can't go to the gym today or tomorrow because of work so I hope that doesn't slow me down too much.
Need to stay positive!
