stuck at 201 for a few days now. i need to remember that 1 lb a week is normal and not to get sad that i'm not dropping faster. i can't get to the gym but my job is demanding so i need to pump it at work throwing the truck faster and walking faster.

do you allow yourself cheat days or even cheat meals? i feel like life wouldn't be worth living if i never ate another tamale again. i think you need to pick your battles by saving up the calories for the splurge and not beating yourself up to the point of giving up.
watching the biggest loser is making me depressed that they are losing weight SO fast. i wish i could go into a controlled environment and drop ten lbs a week.

when i'm at work i am always on my feet and thinking about food isn't as hard to control. but i found that i missed lunch yesterday and i was starving when i got home for dinner and i ate more than i wanted to. it's nice to see that the routine is working to stop binging from happening at night by making me less hunger. now i just gotta stick to it!
