I would like more information on fasting. My next weight in is Friday and I would love to see a nice drop. I’ve seen that others on here fast so I guess my question is do you just drink water during the fast?

Has anyone had any luck with using Cayanne Pepper on food? I’ve read a lot of articles saying that it’s a fat burner and the last few days I’ve put it on everything I eat just wondering if it’s helped anyone.

Day 4
I done good yesterday despite the temptation. For some reason yesterday I was wanting everything I seen someone else with. My oldest daughter (13yo) was eating Reese’s cereal that looked heavenly so I decided I needed to get out of the house and do some yard work. I decide okay well if I start pressure washing the house that would kill a couple hours and then it would be about time for lunch. That was at 10:30 yesterday morning. I took a break around noon to eat some lunch and I walked into the house and my youngest daughter (10yo) was eating a hot pocket that again looked delicious but I stuck to the diet. After I eat I got back to work and didn’t stop until 6:30 last night. I’m still not done that’s a very time consuming job. For today when it warms up some I’ll finish the house and detail my car as long as time permits.
