So, since I've been on Weight Watchers, There are two different points someone uses or earns each day. Points for food, and activity points. My activity points, since I started, have been 35. It was recommended that I do 35 points of activity per week. I never logged my exercise. I just worked out, walked, whatever... whenever... However, Since I've got the fitbit, it automatically logs my activities into Weight Watchers. Apparently I've been KILLING these activity points, so it was just raised to 90 points per week. LOL whoa!!! Guess this is a good thing becuase I'm not as laid back as WW originally estimated. ;)

Was hoping to see some '50s on the scale today... but gotta be patient as I keep pushing... and continue to count and lose weight safely and efficiently. I'm about 5 months ahead of schedule with my weight loss... I've been losing 2 pounds per week.... Even if I don't lose a single pound between now and March, I would
still
have lost an average of one pound per week!
The BIG picture.
I've started being more flexible with what I eat. I've added some more carbs back in.. a Roll here and there. Experimenting to see just how much freedom I have while counting calories in and calories out. I've noticed that since I've been more flexible, I'm hungrier through the day. I make sure I get at least 140 grams of protein per day. Not sure how I feel about being hungrier through the day... Maybe go back to my basics...
