Shocked that I maintained and didn't put on a couple of pounds. This last week was insanely busy. This week should be easier. I had too much on my plate and that caused us to do alot of eating on the run which is hard on my body. We have family pics on Sunday where i am hoping to document myself formally at this weight for the last time. Hopefully our pics next spring I will look

Okay who knew garage sales would be soooo stressful. Have I eaten well- Absolutely not. For some reason I have found out my stomach and appetite are almost as big as my mouth but not quite. I opened my GIANT mouth and mentioned a garage sale and ended up with 3 different people asking to bring A box over- each has a truck load when they showed thursday night and only one is helping out! So I need to learn to shut my mouth and say NO to not only food but apparently people. I am making a conscious effort tomorrow to eat healthy- already laid out the chicken to grill for dinner and made 3 bottles of water in lieu of my diet dp. Hope everyone is having a better week than I! Not that that would be difficult at this point! HA

Still struggling with making the right snack choices but doing better. I am seeing changes physically thanks to Zumba but not alot of movement on the scale. I do plan on setting up an appt with my doc though, after reading that I have 7 our of 10 symptoms of thyroid issues. Awesome right? HA!

Thursday night Zumba was much more difficult than Monday night zumba classes. I'm pretty sure i won't be able to lift my arms tomorrow which is not good since I'm a massage therapist. However I've gotten great at the butt shaking....apparently if you have enough jiggle it does it without any extra effort! My diet is coming around. We've been making better choices but i still find myself caving occassionally for a cookie instead of a granola bar. I did find the thin bagels (regular not whole wheat or everything bagels) are only 1 point...which has helped in regards to my carb cravings....a tbsp of peanut butter and all is right with the world again.

Doing the one thing I dread! Stripping for the camera....okay not totally because I don't own a panoramic lens! However my husband and I have decided since we are hitting this harder (more me than him since I watched him eat cookies and skittles today) I need a before pic to relate to every month. Otherwise I'll end up falling off this Zumba High I'm currently on. Will I post this pic----ABSOLUTELY not! But will I put it on my fridge- yes unless company is coming over! No need to run their appetites off too! Now where is that muumuu i called a swimsuit??
