Dinner complete. Cauliflower mash with heavy cream and grass fed butter, covered in grass fed beef with organic tomato sauce and heavy cream, topped with Mozzarella/Parm and Avocado. And husband on couch eating it with sleeping foster Ray at his side. Perfect Friday night. This is the easiest, most satisfying way I have ever achieved a significant weight loss. The puzzle pieces have finally come together.

Woosh! Today is an eating day. Yesterday fasting. The scale baffles me, but I'll take it. Tonight is recipe night and I plan on making the attached.... can't wait. Just a full work day to get thru.

March is serious month. Just ended a 40 hour fast. Leftovers from my last meal, dinner Monday night... Egg Roll in a bowl with a a handful of shredded cabbage. Mmmmm... The goal this month will be 10lb! I'm also going to have a big salad within the next hour.
