Morning everyone, just done my first 48hr fast yesterday.. was a little confused what my first meal should be ? (So had protein -chicken , burger )As I might try to fast for 23hrs and have a small eating window .. undecided at mo .. as I need energy for my job (Posti ) and gym sessions ? Any help / ideas from you nice people .. anyway have a happy Easter 🐣 x

Hi everyone, happy with small drop .. seem to hovering between 85-87 past 2months .. but 4 weeks and hopefully gyms will be back open 😁..
UPDATE - my osteoarthritis.. spoke to a surgeon and after looking at my X-rays.. it’s bone on bone .. so has put me on a 6 month waiting list to have a new right hip ... wear and tear being a postman I guess ... trying not to think about the operation as it’s pushing my anxiety’s all over the place ... anyway I hope your all having a great weekend ..gx 👍

Morning everyone, not logged in for a while , been struggling of late with OA - finally got a telephone call in March with a hip surgeon 👍..
I’ve tried loads lately to ease the pain -with nothing seemingly working .. krill oil and Epsom salts at mo ... anyone got any tips ??
Ie - smoothies to help with osteoarthritis or foods ? Heard turmeric shots might be worth a try 🤔
Hope your all doing great on your fitness journeys .. I’m missing the gym so much ... Posti round keeping me active tho ..😅xx

weight staying the same last few weeks .. gym going well and still trying to lose the belly .. but feel stronger with the weights ( even if only a little )🤣..
