This is day two of sticking to my calorie intake, but next I will have to stick with healthier foods. I am taking slow and just trying to stay within calroies and keep up the exercise. I know I am only two days in, but I like to weigh in on Fridays, so I will be weighing in tomorrow. I have no idea what the scale will say but I will happy with the same weight since it has been such a short time.

It has been a while, but I am back on! I want to drop 55lbs and be 180 lbs! I can do this! I ahve lost 60 lbs and I can loose another 55! I also just had a baby and that derailed my weight loss a lot, but I need to better so my girls won't end up in this weight battle like me.

Well, I went to the doctor today so I got weighed. No loss no gain. I also wrote out everything I ate and got the calories for everythign too, not wonder I weigh 291 lbs! Today I ate 2872 calories! Now, normally I wouldn't do THIS badly, but we had Burger King for lunch... and I got a Whopper. Lunch alone was 1270 caloires. I also had a peice of pie for dessert, french silk pie, that was 350 calories in ONE slice! That is a huge amount of calories for something that good but not creat and unfilling. Lunch and the pie account for 1620 calories over half, but I think I should be consuming like 1600-1700 calories a day, more if I exercise. I need to start really trying. I am barely doing anything. This is going to be my year, but it won't be if I don't put in some kind of effort. It really is like I am afaird to start. Then I have to admit I am fat and unhealthy. I mean I know, and I have it online, but online gives you a sense of it not being real. I need to get it together and start going on the right path. This is stupid to just keeping doing what I am doing and being surprised I don't loose weight. I can do this, I just have to put some effort in. I wish there was a quick fix, but there's not. I have to do this. I can do this. Tomorrow is a new day and a chance to go in the right direction.

Today, I don't know how, but I did well. I really didn't eat anything but meals and had 1 glass of choclate milk. I just didn't go overboard, I didn't even think about food. I did go on only 5 hours of sleep... so maybe on auto-pilot I don't over eat. I wish everyday was this easy!
