Saw myself in the full length bathroom mirror in KF when I went to visit friends. Don't have a full length mirror in the home, so was pretty well disgusted and pissed off at what I saw. Jiggly under arms, HUGE abdomen and belly. Can't believe I went through liposuction just 5 short years ago and now I'm 39 lbs heavier than I was then.
Looking at my weight from March 2016, it just shows me how much I've truly let myself go. Don't eat proper amounts, count calories, exercise or get off my butt on the computer, so if the time is now, then I better get moving. If I can just keep that mental picture of myself in the mirror, then maybe it will be motivation enough to keep it up.
I will be 67 in 2 months and if I don't do something about it now, then I never will. I hate to think that I'll be one of those roly-poly old ladies who have to use a wheelchair just to go shopping. With the issues with my left knee (arthrosis), had my second cortisone shot a few months ago and will be going back on CBD with THC (Sativa, not tincture, which tends to make one sleepy to help alleviate the pain, hopefully, also losing the weight will make a big difference, since less weight will put less pressure on it.
This is Wednesday May 26th, 2021. I need to do this NOW!!

It's yo-yo time again! Feel good, lose some weight, then stop any forward progress and ignore all the things I need to do to continue on this healthier pathway. SIGH!!
