christmas party last night. had a great time. ate pretty good considering the circumstances. ate salad and veggies. had a portion of mashed potatoes and a slice of dessert. all planned and under control. did not drink alcohol, just water. back on track today. will weigh tomorrow and expect a little bump up maybe. wont be surprised, but will expect to go right back down the next day.

went to bob evans for breakfast. had befit breakfast with eggs whites scrambled, cranberry multigrain pancakes and small fruit bowl.
weight steady (yay) eventually will start moving down, im sure!
heading out for a walk this morning. its cold but so sunny. beautiful out. going to walk about 4 miles
want to say im proud of my UL Football Cards! they played tough last night and pulled it out! GO CARDS

I know this is really weird, but i've found i love cottage cheese with hard boiled egg and pepper! Fups up with that?

yay! stayed the same. aiming for 2 to 3 lbs per week. nice and slow but a decent amount over time. this has worked very well for me so far and im sticking with it. over the past year in my weight loss journey, i averaged 1200 per day. im going for 1200 - 1500 now and see what that does. hopefully a slow loss with the added calories. from everything i read, i should be able to add the 300 calories and still lose. we will see. definitely dont want any gains! so, it will stop that at the very least.
