Thanks guys for your support. I truly believe that I would not be able to stay on track with my weight loss if it weren't for this site. Even when I get frustrated, you always have something possitive to say and I greatly appreciate it.
I weighed in this morning and went down a pound, after temporarily switching to another type of diet to break my plateau. I'll be going back to LAWL on Saturday and sticking it out til the end of the month, at which time I'll start my second Take Off (which, as many of you can sympathize, I'm not looking forward to). It can't be any worse than what I'm doing now. Anyway, I'll be weighing myself daily the next two days, for curiosity sake. Cheers everyone. :)

I think it's safe to say that I've already plateaued, which is mega frustrating. I'm beginning to think that I've trained my body to eat less for so long that it can't handle this abundant low calorie diet and still lose weight. I'll be switching back to the 3 day diet for the next three days, for weight losses sake. I think what frustrated me most is that I sat patiently/torturously through two birthdays where everyone around me was eating cake and ice cream, I turned down the chance to go out to eat at a nice resteraunt that someone else was going to pay for, I followed the plan perfectly through all of this . . . and at the end of the torture there was no reward. Sorry you guys, I just had to vent all of that out.

Thank you to everyone who gave me ideas on how to get my cheeseburger fix. I'll probably be trying them soon. The next two days will be hard for me. Tonight I'm going to a wine tasting and tomorrow we're celebrating my grandmother's birthday at a mexican resteraunt. I'll try to make healthy choices but I'm not going to hold my breath on it. My current goal is to reach 159lbs by the end of the month. It's not very far off and I have enough time to make it. I guess it's going to be all about the discipline. I sure hope I have enough of it.

I was honestly expecting to gain because I cheated two days. I have a cheeseburger addiction I can't seem to get over. Better luck next WI I suppose.

I'm not sure if I lost a pound or a pound and half because I don't have a digital scale, but for the sake of giving myself some leeway for next WI I'm going to say just a pound. I honestly expected to gain because I stayed stuffed the entire time. I used oranges instead of the take off drinks. Needless to say, I don't want to see an orange again until next month. I'm going to be taking an eight mile hike in about three hours so I'll weigh in tomorrow just for the heck of it. Anytime I do a mass amount of exersize after I haven't had any exersize for a while I tend to lose quite a bit of weight. We'll see how it goes.
