Hello long lost buddies!
Since FS started the email notifications about buddy journal entries it notified me of CindyShine's latest journal entry. It totally inspired me to get back on this site.
Life's taken some fantastic turns and has been so busy I haven't thought much about logging and tracking. I want to get back to it though! I miss the community here!
About the last time I wrote I was in the beginning of my grad program. Now I am about half way through and through the halfway exam period...phew! AND I got engaged! to my long-time boyfriend and we're getting married in August. Pretty excited. We both have been working on shedding some pounds before the big day. I am hoping to get down to 130 before, but want to keep my real long term goal at 120-125.
I've been trying to work out quite a bit and have gotten into a routine of mixing it up between high intensity interval training (HIIT), running, and elliptical or other gym cardio machine, and some but not much all out strength training.
anyway happy to be back and hope to stay!!
