Off to clean the house. Likely won't log in tomorrow. I'm feeling a little off and so I'm taking a day away from counting calories, etc and just living. Thanks!

I HAVE A WAIST AGAIN!!!!!
Also shopping for groceries was exciting again. I'd forgotten how much I really love planning meals, and making food.
The bakery smelled so good this morning. I bought potato soda bread, aparagus and asiago focaccia, a loaf of brioche bread, and 2 loaves of uber grain (which I froze).
This is going to be an amazing week. Starting Sunday I will be photographing my meals and posting my favourite here!

Today was a bit of a binge, but I had sooo much fun shopping with my gift cards!!!

I don't like milk. I really shouldn't drink it. I never feel good after.

BEING LAID OFF BITES! And working out your notice is worse. I feel like I'm under the microscope being all fake happy, and real happy too. Many of my co-workers are amazing and I will miss them! Others not as much, but I think that is the nature of a big company.
My job was boring, but it was MY JOB. And though I am embracing this oportunity to further my education and move on to more challenging work sometimes waves of panic and depression still wash over me.
I'd rather have had a clean break, but the extra money from extra hours is good too. I'm in the home stretch now. Last day is Friday.

Today: Make a salad for tomorrow and put it in the fridge. Take a picture and post it here.
This Week: Record food, exercise, and journal daily.
This Month (November): Walk the dogs at least 30 minutes 4X per week. (Weigh first).
