I haven’t been here in month’s and I gained all my weight back. I’ve been under an extreme amount of stress and I have to do something about my eating habits. I’m an emotional eater, and I cannot continue to do the same thing. My divorce process begins in two months and I cannot think of any better reason to lose the weight. I should start this new chapter in my life….lighter! Let Operation Divorce Weight begin!

This morning I drank a oatmeal smoothie for breakfast with one fried egg. For lunch I ate Tuna and spinach and one orange.

Hey people. Ok…I intended to start my day at 7:45am but I didn’t wake up until 9. I ate two boiled eggs for breakfast. I know that was not enough but I had to wing it this morning. I had a banana and some muscadines for a snack and I drank a oatmeal shake for lunch. I felt so unprepared. Tonight I will cook some chicken and make my meals for the week. I did yoga this afternoon, and I intend to do my p90 this evening. I am tired and sleepy but I have to get it in. We will see how that goes.

Hi everyone. I was on a brief hiatus to take care of some family issues. I’m back and ready to get back to business and better health. I was eating out and eating more than before. I did not exercise the way I would have liked. I will weigh myself tonight. Starting tomorrow i will be on a 1500 calorie diet. It will go as follows. A day beginning at 8:00 am water. Then breakfast at 9 snack at 11 lunch at 1 snack at 3 dinner ar 5 and snack at 7. The will be healthy non processed foods. I am also starting a challenge, (no sweets for 4 weeks). That will be a challenge but I usually do not crave when I get used to the limited 1500 calories. Later for now!!!
