I guess nothing works....Today I did three hours of gymnastics, my calorie intake is under 1500 kcal, and yet the scale shows the same thing all over again.

I don't know if anyone else here is going through menopause, but I have difficulty losing weight even though I exercise regularly, I do not eat sweets, I do not eat fast food or order delivery, I try to eat around 1500 kcal per day, and I drink a lot of water. Guess I have to cut more calories. I already go four times a week to my gum for almost two hours every time, and I exercise at least 40 minutes X 4 times a week. I feel stronger, better, but still I have a lot of kilos that I need to get rid of. Sometimes we all fail to eat totally healthy and when we are arr with friends and family we cross the line. So once or twice a week I fail too. But it's hard to believe that this can cause the inability to lose weight. However, I am also in my menopause and I guess it plays a role too.

When you try to lose, but see the scale going up.... ouf 😔
I exercise a lot in the gym, so I guess it's kinda normal for the scale not to go down because of the muscle building process. However, I will try to reduce food intake this week and let's see what will happen.
