What's the hardest part of your diet?
The hardest part about my diet is waiting until 12:00 pm to drink my first cup of proper coffee 🤣.
I fast Everyday from 18:00pm to 12:00pm that means no coffee for 18 hours 😐 (I do have a cup of plain black coffee in the morning as all the research I did says that it doesn't actually affect the results) and it hasn't so far but it's just not my favorite lol.

Just pre planning dinner.
wondering, a lot of my meals exist out of carbs but still I lose weight .... Questioning the diet world and everyone's "professional" opinion lol ....
