Ugghh - seems like I've been gaining and losing the same 5 lbs for months now!
Am more active - got to the gym Saturday and today, mowed yesterday. So hopefully the weight loss will start!

Ok, so a month ago I was 231, and I set a goal of losing 10 lbs. Instead I lost only 2.7...
So here we are again, the first of the month. This month I'll try again to lose 10 lbs, that would put me back at 218, my low weight I had hit before the holidays.
I went to my yearly doctor visit, and on that scale (in clothes), I weighed 231. So I asked what my weight was last year, and it was 239. So an entire year and I only had a net loss of 8 lbs! But I keep reminding myself at least it wasn't a gain!

Walking all over SUNY Purchase and NYU and the city Friday seems to have helped me get back on track. Plus did more walking yesterday, visiting St. rose and then mowing. Now to just keep moving downward. So far today I've only had two eggs and a little Munster cheese, so that should be good calorie wise. Heading out to do more mowing, the shopping, so more walking as well.

well, say goodby to yesterday's drop! This mostly due to binge eating last night...
Today so far have done well, so I think the scale gods should shine upon me again tomorrow, and I'll continue on down...

Big drop from yesterday, due in part to dieting, in part to playing volleyball, and in part to "stomach issues". So I'm guessing I probably won't be down tomorrow, but hey, if I can stay sub 228 with tomorrow's weigh-in I'll still be very pleased!
