This day has been rough!!! I typically walk 4-6 miles a day 4-5 days a week. For some reason every Monday is like starting over. I’ve been having terrible leg cramps while walk on Monday. Tuesday-Friday is fine with little to no pain but Monday’s hurt!!!! I’m taking magnesium and potassium but it just doesn’t seem to help much. Ugh anyone want some legs that apparently don’t want to work on Mondays? Lol

It is so humid here that walking 6 miles feels like 60!!! Although it’s not technically summer the weather is saying “welcome to summer in the south”. I’m not excited to see what it’s going to be like in July and August because that is typically our hottest months of the year. Im still happy that I got 6 miles this morning. 18 minutes a mile is not my best but it’s definitely better than 24 minutes a mile which is what I was walking 2 weeks ago......hope everyone has a great day!!!
