6/10/11 145.2lb, 39.5%bf. Going on business trip--food out of my control for 3 days. Will be interesting to see if I maintain--bringing almonds and atkins bars with me as filler. Cheese in airline club will tide me over. Knee ok--commit to stretching exercises 3x/day all through travel.

6/9/11 145.4lb, 39.3%bf. 1st PT appt yesterday--muscles very tight-pulled kneecap up and out allowing injury to occur, especially with the new shoes I wore. Lots of work to do... Weight stable and won't likely change until I am able to excercise. But the good news is that I'm fine where I am. Just don't want to take my eye off the ball.

6/8/11 144.6lb, 40.5%bf. Steak cobb salad, white wine, atkins peanut butter bar, multivitamin, coffee/half and half. GI upset last night. Going to first physical therapy appointment today.

6/7/11 145lb, 40%bf. Pain very low--feel a piece of loose cartilage as I walk--very weird feeling. Bought some chocolate whey protein to add to my atkins chocolate shakes and tried one yesterday. Amazingly filling for breakfast--wasn't hungry for hours. Depression completey lifted--I hate that feeling!!!!

6/6/11 146.5lb, 39.5%bf. Pain decreased, swelling down. Feeling much better physically. Interesting weight/bf shift. Becoming comfortable at this weight and may consider staying here. Not currently changing my goal weight though which is about another 10lb.
