I have taken a break, which I needed to do for myself. I am ready to refocus on physical goals that have been placed on the back burner of my life. 🧡

I’ve been doing great with my appropriate calorie intake. Today is the first day that I consumed over and it was in watermelon. I have been exhausted and feeling like my body is fighting getting sick. One of my new co workers has been recovering from being sick (testing negative for Covid). I allocated myself more calories today, in watermelon, as I am exhausted and need to stay on track with my marathon run this Sunday.
I feel extremely full and I definitely enjoy eating less again. I am interested in staying on track with all of my goals and take very good care of my body.
I wish I would have allocated my calories a little differently today, but I trust my body and my process. I already feel back on track with what foods resonate for me. If I am over eating any calories, I am happy to have those calories be beneficial for my health.
I have also dabbled with coffee this week and remember why I am a caffeinated tea person versus coffee. I am staying positive, grateful and in a balanced flow.

Post a lovely day ar work, chiropractic, lots of walking, time with my little dog, yoga, meditations etc.💗✨🐾.

My estimation of weight gain was correct. I am fine with where I am at and I am eager to be back on track. Switching up one’s pattens can be challenging. When I modify my diet I always find it to be a little bit of a process at first.
Whether it is increasing or decreasing my calories. I give myself compassion and recognize I was in very real high calorie indulgent healthy vegan dietary flow from a very low calorie & restricted vegan dietary flow. I am ready for a balanced healthy vegan dietary flow now.
I am meal prepping my lunch for work the night before etc. I am excited for my upcoming marathon and getting into a new routine with many facets of my life.
I’m feeling very focused and on track.

I removed all food from my home that is not aligned with my new phase of very clean eating. I created a structure of food choices that is aligned with how my body responds to food and my weight loss goals, emotional regulation/stress mama as well as my athletic performance goals.
I am excited to compassionately move forward from a very unusual 2023 and how that impacted my entire life, including my health/weight/body. I have found becoming underweight unintentionally to be an extremely life changing and traumatic experience. On the other side, I found eating a very high calorie lifestyle to be the same. I want to enjoy a low calorie lifestyle, that is very active, eating and drinking vegan things that I know are what resonates for me. I want this to be a very empowering experience.
I recognize that eating far too little and a very high volume of calories became a primary way that I subconsciously managed stress/emotions.
I desire to return to a very healthy relationship with my body’s energy input and activities. I worked very hard to heal from all of my previous eating disorders and I appreciate how far I have come from all of that.
