Restarting my weight loss journey AGAIN. I gained back over half of what I lost last year so pretty bummed about that. Family emergencies got in the way of my schedule so it all fell apart. Not eating the worst, but haven’t kept track of things and the emergencies have required hours of driving so the exercise took a hit. After taking my waist measurements this week and realizing the damage some life changes took on my body, I am yet motivated again to adapt and get back on track. I always walk, but in order for me to lose I need to be walking at least 4 miles a day. This is completely doable. But, with emergencies I have to figure out a way to not skip. This can be extremely tough. Throwing my back out for a month didn’t help either, but it didn’t stop me. As I am feeling better, I am more motivated. Here’s to reaching my goals!

I’ve fallen off the wagon for awhile. I had a big move and because everything is still getting settled my schedule hasn’t been as consistent
and diet has been whatever I have in the fridge. However, I just started last week making everything work again. There has been a slight problem with sweets lately. Not the worst but not the best. My fiancé and I went into a store that had authentic Turkish Delight and OMG! It was so good. The owner gets it shipped from Turkey. He also gave us Turkish coffee. So yeah, we bought a pound of different kinds of Turkish Delight and it has been a struggle to keep it to a minimum. My weight exercises have been somewhat steady this last week so I’m focusing on the others (diet and cardio) being daily tasks as well. My issue is that the last couple months I was just not consistent. For me, I really need to be involved with diet and exercise every day with maybe one day off. It just works best for me when I stick to a daily routine. But, I am fixing my inconsistency this week so I can keep up with my prior success. Here’s back to logging my daily stuff again in a new place!
