Today is my rest day from working out but being a college student I am stressed! So I’m enjoying some leftover ramen from a restaurant and i’m not going to feel guilty.
I have worked so hard in school and while I know that I’m at the home stretch, I don’t want to punish myself for treating myself.
I have kept my grades at all A’s and will focus on that before finals! Obviously I will keep trying to eat well, but I also don’t wanna stress over it!

hi! i’m never to writing in my journals and would love some advice on how to have a heather relationship with food. I have struggled with an eating disorder and went from a size 14 to a size 4(21 years old btw). I want to eat more balanced and enjoy food/life without feeling like I wanna punish myself. I would love some wisdom or even some words of encouragement.
