Does anyone have some good recipes for food to go. I work a 12 hour shift on an ambulance and only have a little cooler to keep food in. Sandwiches and lettuce salads get repedative, if anyone has any ideas I am game to try anything. Gave up burgers and soda for grilled chicken and lemon water, already noticing a diffrence in energy.
Any suggesttion welcome

Well today is the first day of taking care of myself. This is not easy for me. My normal morning is to get up and grab a Pepsi and finish it in two or three drinks followed by a handfull of something. Today I started with a couple glasses of water took my dogs for a walk and when I got home actually fixed myself some cream of wheat and orange juice compared to my Pepsi. I have always been the grab something quick versues something healthy. The whole idea of drinking water is foreign to me once again back to the Pepsi. Actually looked at it and I was drinking anwhere from 1500 to 2000 calories a day in just soda.
If anyone has some good recipes for someone of a carnivourous nature please send them my way.
