Still having trouble making time for more physical activity during the day and varying what I eat. How do people with full time jobs and going to school find time to work out regularly and eat right? There aren't enough hours in the day, and if there were, I'd be exhausted.

Oatmeal raisens and honey for breakfast; I start my 25/25 challenge today. Have to stick to it! Definitely need to be more active throughout the day.

So far today I've had an egg white sandwich on whole wheat w/ tomatoes and onions, a banana as a snack and a slice of pizza. I find it very difficult to eat well every day because of the limitations of food when I am at work and when I go food shopping. I'm not a good cook and I work and go to school and never have time to work out as much as I want to or to eat the right foods. Right now I'm just frustrated but hopefully by keeping a journal and really monitoring what I am doing, I will meet the goals I wish to.
