Well all I can say it works, and my body and mind are once again in tune to what I am accomplishing not looking for dramatic changes at this point, just keeping steady
one meal and one chore at a time.

Well its been a week now and I can officially say that I am back into the 100 Lb club and feeling a whole lot better this time. My goal is to stay under 200 Lbs at
this time, however, I am determined to reach my next goal weight of 190 Lbs.

I am entering this journal as a reminder to myself and others that following a regimented eating and exercise program in life is essential, I started my change
in what I ate and how I exercised back in Jan 2017 when I had reached my heaviest
weight ever of 245 Lbs. I had maintained my weight for a good year but slowly started gaining my weight back by not being cautious of how much calories I had been
eating at each meal or snack. I had no problem being on a 2500 calorie a day program
for this was the average daily intake recommended for a male with some exercise or
doing work.On July 14, 2019 my weight had gone to 205 Lbs and I am making another
decision to get my weight back and again I am following a low calorie intake program
to get my weight down first and then I can resume a normal daily calorie intake but
in moderation.

I learned you can eat or drink just about anything in moderation, just remember your
daily calorie intake allowance which I also learned can be increased with any excercise that burns calories. Also please don't eat if you are not hungry, its called fasting.
