I plateaud and then got complacent. My family went away and I used it as an excuse to be lazy and order in. Fortunately walking the new dog we got forced me out 2x a day, and prevented weight gain. So what am I going to do about it? I am going to join the 50 in 90 challenge. Wish me luck

Really struggled this past couple of weeks, but feel back on track now. At least I lost a pound, but cant be good during the week and mess around on weekends as yes I maintain, but I still need to loose lots.
Ran 4.2 km this week 1st time in 36.45 seconds second time in 33.2 seconds, its really hard, but what a feeling of accomplishment. Will be running 5 km next week, and then on June 16, the 5km race.
It is amazing, I always wanted to do this but felt my weight held me back always thinking, I will do it when I hit 200 pounds, well that never happened, final just did it and at 250 pounds joined a learn to run program. Yes I am still very overweight, yes I am still a smoker (working on that too), yes I bring up the rear of the group every night, BUT I AM DOING IT.
Decided to start recording my measurments here 47 - 43.5 - 47. Lost inches since I started this journey lets see how far I can go
