Well after 8 months & 20lb later i decided to re join Weight Watchers. I am done punishing myself for things that i can not control. I have so far taken off 7 of the 20lbs Ive gained and Im feeling really positive about life again. Being active everyday is motivating more and more since i seem to be able to get so much more accomplished...i wish i could bottle this feeling

Im reading Secrets of a Former Fat Girl. Newly into it and it keeps my head in the game. Im bored at work currently and put my gym clothes on and did some work out circuits in my office. lol. lucky me i have a lock on the door!! I also told my friend i was working out after work a hour later his friends bailed for the bar scene and he told me i should ditch my work out and go to the bar with him...i told him he needs to be a good friend and encourage me instead of making me drink so im going to do both lol. Work out after work, shower and than have a drink. I have points left still so i plan on having 2 beers and one shot and thats IT. i also agree to drive so that way i can not have any more or we'll be walking. I looked at a old food journal today for one year ago and i havent lost anything. I also havent tried as hard as i use it...when it felt so natural to make smart choices but i think working out today is that start of a smart choice. I hope im still not complaing 4 months down the road about how ive gained or still havent lost anything...come on girl...get your head back in the game....these are the moments that change you. your choices effect the outcome!!!

I Have been battling these 10 lbs over and over and over again. Where did my drive go?? That motivation to lose 107lbs is swept under the rug and everytime i go look for it i only find chips or cookies or nacho's instead of that drive. Ill do well for a couple days and than something happens. I guess since its still early morning i can start fresh today. Its not making the last 60lbs fall off any faster with this back and forth non sense.

damn what a crazy month. Well me and my guy are donzo!! I finally have quit smoking again. THANK GOD. everyday is a challenge but i have not given into temptation and must repeat that everyday sometimes every hour as my mouth waters for a smoke. So gross i know!! I have trying to stay busy and keep focused. Working out and eating right have taken a back seat to my emotional status but I feel focused today *everyday is different*. But i plan on getting a good nights sleep tonight and wake up early enough to get in a good work out and feel the burn. I am determined to hit my goal by next year thats 65 more pounds i need off but to be under 200lbs by summer that just sounds great!

43 days since ive last weighed in. i havent lost a thing and started smoking again. not heading in the right direction. its like the new me doesnt match the inside yet and its been very confusing needless to say. I think i am finally catching up and am back on track. nipping smoking in the but every day and eating and working out back to my new normal. thats all you can do is keep on keeping on.
