Fasting restarted again to reach my goal - 7 in front on the scale (and keep it there thats the biggest goal) . This is a third attempt this year, there was also one last year. The previous ones were harder cause my initial weight was always higher (at one point 102kg!!!) and never less than 95kg. Now started around 93kg so easier to cross into the 'eighties' which is good psychological barrier. One more week should get me to around 84kg and we'll see what next (go for another week or introduce 1 meal a day). I feel cravings, I feel weak some parts of the day but most time its very easy and the mental clarity just doesn't compare to period when im eating. Its like in the movie limitless 😁

Time for another yearly fast. 95kg - 79kg goal. This time learned from previous mistakes and hopefully will get to my goal of under 80kg (and keep it there). So far 6th day and lost about 5kg. Want to go for about 18 days total. 12 more days to go that can potentially get me down to 79kg. Mistakes i made was ending fast when it wasnt time (travelling ended it abruptly), and especially not checking my weight daily after ending fast to be able to keep the weight down better (do another 1 day fast if weight goes back up too fast)
