Well, most likely my last weigh in before my period spikes up my weight because of bloating for a week! I'm feeling remotivated this week. It's invigorating to spend a day just refocusing on yourself and your goals, like I did yesterday since the office was closed at work for the 4th of July. I found some new fitness blogs and some new great recipes. I am happy :)
