Down a little...but heading the right direction...just have to stay away from the beer & tasty foods...more planning in the diet area so that there is no room for having what ever is handy...
More exercise again tonight, just need to get to bed sooner. My alarm goes off in less than 6hrs, so I'm not getting enough sleep. I want to get 7hrs per night, so more planning & effort on this as well.
Lots of room for improvement, but heading the right way...just need to do things more consistantly.
