What a wonderful reward when I had been watchful with my eating in the last few days and the scale smiles at me in the morning with some smaller numbers than previosly!
I went to bed with a little hunger lurching in my stomach in the last three nights and that gave me satisfaction, knowing that result comes soon. I am also hungry when I wake up but I don't need to eat much to ease that. I have, however been craving for sweet in the mornings, and I ate some small cinnamon buns. Today I opted for oat porridge with some fruit, sprinkled with cinnamon, cocoa powder and a pinch of vanilla sugar :-)
