Weight has been up for a while no avoiding changing it so it’s time to get serious big-time did a 3.2 mile walk in 96° temperature trying to get back into my activity was successful and I’m logging everything including my electrolyte drink that I had after the walk

Logging everything works for me. When I look over my successes and failures I can usually see pretty clearly what's working for me and what's not. It eliminates a lot of guesswork. Be careful in that heat!
