I man down last week with the flu and can't wait to get back to training this week.Trust facebook to show you a picture when you were at your goal!! I saved the photo as motivation and will get back to that.I will also do the Herbalife trial pack this week to give myself an extra boost...Slow progress is better than no progress.Good luck to all for the new week,kick ass you are an amazing human worthy of all that you wish and work hard for
