I've read Dr. Furhuman's "Eat to Live" and is now ready to start the diet and lower my weight, cholesterol, blood sugar and waistline. My biggest challenge will be eliminating oils, yes even olive oil according to the diet/lifestyle guidelines. I've been moving towards eating according to the plan while reading the book for the last two weeks, yes, two weeks...I read a lot for work. I'm now ready to get going. I'll be using my June blood work for my start and October bloodwork for my finish.

I will eat food cooked with oils/butters occasionally and at a restaurant or a family gathering. But not with my home cooked meals

Got it, I find cooking and eating at home has helped me to stay away from the oils. I need to work on making my own salad dressings.

It’s possible 😏👌🏼 Oh and yes we gotta learn food is fuel, so fuel ur body to live and the body will show it’s grateful 🙌🏼
